If you are attending one of my programmes, whether as a private client, or as part of a small group, you will need to complete a detailed pre-screening questionnaire for me. This will allow me to fully understand where you are; what your history is and what you need the most help with. The questionnaire will allow me to ask you the right questions to determine if my services are right for you at this time. If I am not, I will tell you and, with your permission, share the relevant part/s of your notes with a trusted practitioner who may be more appropriate at that time for you. I will send you the link for the questionnaire once we have made initial contact.

Do I Need This?
Well - only you can answer that!
If you have a tummy gap that doesn't seem to be reducing, a mummy-tummy that you can't fall in love with, are experiencing heavy not happy feelings in your pelvic floor region, want to feel fitter and stronger but don't want to do tuck jumps or burpees, then the answer may be yes!
Will This Work?
These programmes have been tried and tested by thousands of women who have experienced positive improvements in their symptoms. Everyone is different so it is impossible to say, for example, that you will get rid of your diastasis forever - because I can't guarantee that. No programme can. But what I can say is that I know the content works, I have done the programme myself with really good outcomes and I utterly believe in what I do. So - if you are willing to put the work in to make the changes your body needs, then yes, you will see and feel changes.

Can I bring my baby?
Yes! ....unless you'd rather have some time without your little bundle! I don't want you to not get the help you need because you can't find childcare. Non-moving babies are very welcome - movers pose a bit more of a distraction! I will have mats, blankets & toys in situ. Please bring your own milk, baby food & nappies!

What Should I wear?
You will want to be comfortable so I'd suggest leggings, teeshirt....exercise type clothing. Bring layers so you can adjust your clothing to your own heat! We will do a mindset meditation at the end of the session so just make sure you will be warm enough (I will provide a blanket).

Why Does It Cost More Than The Other Postnatal Classes?
My prices reflect the service & bespoke strategies you will receive. You are guaranteed to get the very best care and support from me as an exclusive Holistic Core Restore® Coach offering bespoke 1-2-1 and Small Group Programmes that go deep into your body's needs. Everything is based on what you need and you will get so much more than your 'weekly abs class'. When you book on to a programme with me, you will receive an in-depth 1-2-1 assessment, your detailed screening questionnaire, your equipment to keep, your sessions, access to online homework and workouts, freshly prepared snacks or juice at the end of each session, access to me between sessions and you will become part of the warm and supportive community that is The Flawed and Awesome Motherhood.
Why Do I Have To Pay In Advance?
I ask for payment in advance so that I can pay for the location, equipment and everything I need to organise for the course in advance. I only have limited availability for all of my programmes. Your financial commitment to the programme secures your place and guarantees your commitment to your health journey..
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. I recognise that the programmes are more expensive than others and gladly offer payment programmes. There is a small additional charge to cover the administration costs for this.
Do You Offer a Refund?
Not usually. In exceptional circumstances I will consider a refund but you must request this before you start on any programme.
1-2-1 Services. Your appointments can be changed/cancelled up to 24 hours in advance with no financial penalty and rebooked for another mutually convenient time. Appointments will be forfeited if notification is within 24 hours.
Small Group Programmes. If you are unable to attend a single session or more during your programme, you will forfeit that week and I will not be able to offer you an alternative. The groups are deliberately set at very small numbers to allow for the best coaching and the development of a supportive tribe & community. Adding new members for ad-hoc sessions will not be beneficial to you - as their programme is likely to be different to yours and it does not allow for consistency.
